OtaCon Cosplay Contest Rules

This is for the upcoming event.

1] Qualified groups shall consist of two (2) Cosplayers only.
Each with team costumes that are characters from within the same anime, game or manga.

2] The said costumes shall be based from anime, game or manga only.

3] Participants MUST be 15 years old or above.

4] Costumes must NOT contain any dangerous or hazardous attachments or substances.

5] Real weapons are strictly NOT allowed.

6] A 2-minute skit will be allotted for each team Contestants.

is it okay if, for example, I will cosplay yuuki kuran, which is the vampire version of yuuki cross...
is it okay if I'll be the one to design the dress instead of their school uniform...pero nakabatay pa rin yung pagdesign ko sa school uniform nila...pero yung mga weapons nya nandoon pa rin...iba lang yung costume...kay tingalig naay magkapareho...puydi ra...?
